The Sun and Stars Memorial Fund was created in honor of Lucia & Santiago Guardado to provide free lactation support and relevant equipment/aids to mothers and families during pregnancy, neonatal or infant loss. 

 

Pregnancy and infant loss is an unbearably painful time that can often feel isolating and lonely. Through free lactation support, women going through the physical transition of postpartum after loss can receive individualized guidance on breastmilk donation and/or lactation suppression.
