Service Description

This 60-minute prenatal lactation consultation is recommended following the Breastfeeding Basics class. This is a wonderful opportunity to deep-dive and receive personalized support to prepare for feeding goals prior to delivery. This prenatal lactation consult includes a thorough case history review. Following the consultation, a care plan is provided with resources and recommendations. Click the link above to verify coverage through Milkwise/Wildflower prior to booking. For Milkwise/Wildflower clients, the consultation fee is covered by insurance and only the travel fee of $100 is required by the client for travel within 15 miles of Long Beach (90808). For travel within 15-20 miles of Long Beach, a travel fee of $150 is required by the client. For travel beyond 20 miles, please email prior to booking appointment. For self-pay clients, the consultation fee includes travel within 15 miles of Long Beach (90808). For travel within 15-20 miles of Long Beach, an additional travel fee of $50 is required by the client. For travel beyond 20 miles, please email prior to booking appointment.
