About the event
Join us for this 4-session class +hands-on workshop led by a pediatric feeding therapist. We will learn all about introducing solids to your child AND get a chance to do it together to ensure understanding, safety and confidence to take what you learn and apply it at home! Intended for infants 5-9 months old. High-chairs provided, bring your own food.
Week 1 (Sunday 09/03 @ 1pm): Background, seating and readiness
Week 2 (Sun 09/10 @ 1pm): Purees/mashes and baby-led spoon feeding
Week 3 (Sun 09/17 @ 1pm): Solids and family meals
Week 4 (Sun 09/24 @ 1pm): Cups, straws, and drinking skills
